Returns Policy


We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unused or defective merchandise. All items purchased at or in our store at 9607 S. Santa Monica in Beverly Hills can be returned within 30 days of when you receive them. 

To return your product, please contact us through our Contact page to receive return instructions.  You will be responsible for shipping your returns back to Only in Beverly Hills. We strongly recommend shipping via UPS, FedEx or Insured USPS so you can track and insure your package. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item. 

While we are committed to ensuring your happiness, we are a small business and therefore cannot accept the following returns:

  • Used items
  • Incomplete items (missing or damaged parts)
  • Items without sales receipt 
  • Items purchased by you more than 30 days ago
  • Items you have damaged

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you via email within 3 business days to let you know that we have received your return, as well as whether or not your product is eligible for a refund. If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, per Shopify's refund policy. If you purchased your items in cash at our retail location in Beverly Hills, unfortunately you will need to visit the store to be issued a cash refund.
